Where does the session take place?

Here at our studio in Murrieta, Ca. Most of our sessions are done inside, outside or both.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book and pay for your session fee online or you can call the studio and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have, select a date and time.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located at 25958 Madison Ave. About 3 blocks south of the Walmart store between Guava and Fig St. We are on a 1 acre site not in a retail area. The studio is a beautiful house, used only as a business Photography Studio. Directions : Exit the 15 freeway go west to Madison and turn left. Go south about 3 blocks we are on the left side.

What is a session fee?

This is the charge for the photographers time to create your portrait.

Do you offer digital images?

Yes we do. We offer sharing images in most of our packages for social media.

We also include digital images with all of our business, headshots and childrens model portfolio sessions.

We do have an all inclusive package for 25 images from your session.

What to wear ?

What you wear for your portrait session is important for the outcome of your portrait. It truly makes a difference and will make you much happier!

Choose one to three colours for your family with tones that are similar and go well together. This is important for large and small groups as it will make your portrait more cohesive and look its best. Decide on the style you are going for and have everyone in that style. Just have fun with your clothing and choose what makes you feel beautiful and well put together even if its casual. Dressy doesn’t have to be stuffy. We love when it’s actually just simple and beautiful.

Think of simplicity when dressing your family or just you, and think with a sense of style.

With spring and summer coming, light, airy, flowey types of fabrics are really nice.

We also love bright colours and prints when going for a certain look, or a whimsical style or for children, tweens or teens.

Having clothing on hand here for children is what makes us unique in our community because we have pieces that no one else has. If you plan on having your child wear what we have here, you will need to let us know in advance. We hope this helps you and feel free to call and talk to the photographer who knows what will work and give you ideas.

How long will my session be?

Anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on what kind of session you choose.

Are there any specials currently running?

Yes. We run sitting specials all the time.   In February we have Winter Fairies, in March we have live bunnies for Easter and many more “SPECIAL EVENTS”. Do you offer outdoor sessions?

Outdoor session fees vary. Off location fees start at $295.00 within a ten mile radius. Call studio for specific fees for after ten mile radius.

How many photographs will be taken at my session?

Usually we take anywhere from 50-100. However we will edit down to 30-60 images for you to choose from. Each session can vary and could have less or more.

What should I know before coming to my session?

Be prepared! Make sure you have all of your clothing that you want to change into, or a prop or anything that is special to the portrait. We have a dressing room here for you to put all of your thngs and to change clothing if you desire. Please also refer to our “What to wear” page as it will be helpful to you. We know that having your portrait can be stressful, but just know that we will make it fun and a joyful time! We’re professionals!

When will my portraits be ready?

Generally the portraits take between 3-6 weeks. It mainly depends on the size of the order

How do I order my portraits?

After your sitting our receptionist will set up an appointment for a previewing of your portraits, usually from two days to a week after your sitting.

Can I bring my children to my preview appointment?

We do recommend that you come prepared to relax and look and your images, and decide what you would like to order. This usually requires some quiet time. We don’t mind if you bring your children as we do have toys here to play with. However we do recommend that if you have someone to babysit for an hour to one hour and half , your appointment will go much smoother.

How much are the portraits?

We have a variety of portrait price options. During your preview appointment our salesperson will cover all of our portrait plans.

When do I pay for my pictures?

Payment is due at time of preview appointment.

Do you offer photo restoration services?

Yes. We can repair old torn damaged photographs and return them many times to better than original condition. Please see our photo restoration service in the “Services” menu for all the details.

Do you have props?

Yes we have lots of beautiful props and clothing on hand if needed.

What are your payment terms?

All session fees are non-refundable and due at the time the appointment is scheduled. Session fees carry forward indefinitely and can be rescheduled or put towards a different session. Your session fee does not include the cost of digital images, albums or prints. Prints and additional products are sold at the Ordering Session. Locations beyond a 10 mile radius from our studio will be charged an extra Destination Fee. Our payment methods include: cash, check, visa and Mastercard accepted through Paypal. Please let me know if you are going to pay using a credit card and I will send you an invoice through Paypal. We charge a 3.5% credit card transaction fee for every purchase through paypal. We offer payment plans for purchases over $200.00 Please call or email us for more details.

Do you offer Gift Certificates to purchase?

Yes. You can purchase gift certificates through the studio.  Minimum amount is $50. Please contact the studio for more information.
